All your client sites, one dashboard

Your clients expect their sites to stay up. Vantaj gives you a single place to watch every property you manage, with per-client status pages and monthly uptime reports you can forward without extra work.

The problem

A client calls to say their site is down — you're the last to know

An SSL cert expires on a client subdomain and they blame you

You manage 40 sites across spreadsheets and scattered logins with no unified view

Clients ask for uptime reports and you spend an hour assembling screenshots

How Vantaj helps

Unified dashboard

Every client site in one view. Status, uptime percentage, and last incident — visible without switching between accounts.

Per-client status pages

Each client gets their own public status page on a custom domain or a Vantaj subdomain. Set it up once and it updates automatically.

SSL & domain expiry alerts

Vantaj tracks expiry dates across all client domains and fires alerts 30 days out. You catch renewals before clients notice.

Uptime reports

90-day uptime history per site. Export or share directly with clients at month end. No manual work.

Multi-region checks

Probes run from 10 regions. If a client's site is unreachable from Europe but fine in the US, you know which half of their audience is affected.

Flexible alert routing

Route alerts for each client to a different Slack channel, email, or webhook. The right person sees each incident without noise.

01 - Add all client sites

One monitor per property

Add an HTTP monitor for each client domain. Attach SSL and domain expiry monitors while you're at it. Covering 40 sites takes about 20 minutes the first time.

02 - Create per-client status pages

Give each client their own page

Group monitors by client and connect them to a status page. Point a subdomain at it or use the default Vantaj URL. Clients can bookmark it and check it themselves.

03 - Route alerts to the right channel

No alert gets lost in a shared inbox

Configure each client's monitors to alert a specific Slack channel or email. When something breaks at 2 AM, the right person sees it — not everyone.

04 - Share monthly uptime reports

Turn raw data into client deliverables

Export uptime reports for every client at month end. Forward them as-is or paste the numbers into your own template. The data is already there.
