Fact Checking

We use a documented fact-check workflow before each article goes live. Theo Cummings owns this process for technical blog content.

Pre-publication checklist

  1. Verify technical claims against primary documentation.
  2. Confirm pricing and feature limits from current vendor pages.
  3. Test setup paths for key features used in our recommendations.
  4. Cross-check screenshots and copied values before publishing.
  5. Log meaningful changes and update article timestamps.

Publication rules

No unsupported claims

If we cannot verify a claim with a direct source or product test, we remove it.

Clear uncertainty labels

When a vendor does not publish enough detail, we say so and avoid speculation.

Fast correction cycle

When readers report an issue, we verify it and correct the page as soon as possible.
